Braden Peters, a livestreamer widely recognized by his online handle Clavicular, is scheduled to appear in an Orleans, Massachusetts court to face allegations that he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl at his family residence on Cape Cod. ORLEANS, Mass. — The “looksmaxxing” livestreamer Braden Peters, better known by his stage name Clavicular, is set to be arraigned Thursday in Massachusetts on charges that he raped a 17-year-old girl at his family’s Cap. Couple charged in fatal shooting of 17-year-old on her way to zoo. Bend, Oregon, shooting: Suspect ID’d, had attended elementary school, police say.

Investigators state that Peters, a 20-year-old content creator known for focusing on male physical aesthetics, provided the victim with alcohol until she became intoxicated during her visit to Chatham, Massachusetts, in May 2025. A social media personality known for promoting extreme devotion to male beauty, Peters, 20, is accused of giving the girl alcohol until she was drunk and then sexually assaulting her when she visited him in Chatham, Mass.

Legal representatives for Peters have firmly contested the claims, maintaining that the physical encounter was entirely consensual. The upcoming court proceeding marks the latest in a series of legal troubles for the influencer.

With roughly one million followers on Instagram, Peters broadcasts lengthy streams dedicated to reviewing personal appearances and discussing enhancement methods ranging from surgical procedures to drug consumption. Earlier this year in Florida, he faced a misdemeanor battery complaint after authorities alleged he instigated a physical fight between two women and broadcasted the altercation online, though that count was eventually dropped. He also received a probation sentence following a no-contest plea for discharging a firearm publicly in a separate Florida incident.

The accuser informed local law enforcement that Peters compensated her financially to make appearances in his broadcasts. According to her statement, he served her multiple shots of vodka during her stay at the family property and livestreamed himself kissing her while she was incapacitated, prior to the alleged assault taking place the following morning.

The complainant previously detailed these accusations within a civil lawsuit filed in Florida during the month of April. That legal filing also asserted that Peters administered a fat-dissolving injection to her body via a livestream without her permission. Defense counsel characterized the civil litigation as a calculated attempt to gain public attention.
